Hi, I’m Maryellen Towle

For more than three decades, I’ve worked with leaders navigating growth, transition, and complex business challenges.

My career began in broadcast sales leadership, where I spent years building and managing high-performing teams across major markets. Those experiences taught me that leadership is rarely about having the perfect answer — it’s about learning how to think clearly, communicate effectively, and make confident decisions when it matters most.

Today, through KaiZen Coaching & Talent Development LLC, I partner with executives, sales leaders, and organizations committed to continuous improvement. My coaching focuses on real workplace challenges - helping leaders move from insight to action, strengthen their leadership presence, and drive measurable progress within their teams.

Every conversation is grounded in practical experience and designed to produce clarity, direction, and forward momentum.

My Approach

My coaching focuses on helping leaders think clearly, communicate effectively, and take confident action when it matters most. Every conversation is grounded in real-world leadership experience and designed to produce practical next steps that move leaders and organizations forward.

Continuous Improvement

The foundation of my work is the philosophy of KaiZen - the belief that meaningful progress happens through small, consistent improvements over time.

Coaching provides the space to pause, reflect, and gain clarity so leaders can continue evolving with intention rather than reacting to challenges as they arise.

Practical Leadership

The best coaching conversations start with real situations leaders are facing today — difficult decisions, team dynamics, performance challenges, or opportunities for growth.

Together, we explore those moments, uncover new perspectives, and identify practical actions that strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive measurable progress.
