My career began in broadcast sales leadership, where I spent years building and managing high-performing teams across major markets. Those experiences taught me that leadership is rarely about having the perfect answer — it’s about learning how to think clearly, communicate effectively, and make confident decisions when it matters most.
Today, through KaiZen Coaching & Talent Development LLC, I partner with executives, sales leaders, and organizations committed to continuous improvement.
